Hai Karate, Journey to Japan - recently shown on CBBC followed 4 children from the UK as they learn about Japanese culture.
They were learning our style of karate (Goju ryu) under the guidance of our world chief instructor, Master Higaonna 10th Dan.
It may still be available on the BBC i-Player.
